At Carpe Diem, we know that starting a fitness program can be a little intimidating and even overwhelming.  We also know that in order to see true body changes it takes time and effort.  The Carpe Diem 8-Week Body Change Program has been designed to make these changes more comfortable.  This Carpe Diem program is designed to cover health and fitness basics: good nutrition, resistance training, cardiovascular training, and flexibility.  Ultimately, the focus of this program is to create a paradigm shift in your approach to your health and fitness.  Our goal is to create a healthy new way of living for you - a way that makes sense in your daily reality.

The program begins with an initial interview, allowing us to get a clear understanding of your Body Change goals.  This also gives us an opportunity to create a foundation that we can continuously refer to.  The training process follows the Carpe Diem 8-Week Body Training Manual, which will be included.  This manual will help you plan, implement and track your training process.  In the Carpe Diem 8-Week Body Change Program grand scheme, this manual will help to organize your individual process and will help lead to your mental and physical shift.  Start your transition today using the tools of the Carpe Diem 8-Week Body Change Program.

$609 - 1 training session weekly (10 total sessions)

All 8-Week Body Change Program Packages include a Program Manual as well as a Carpe Diem weight room membership during the program period.
