Transformational Pilates

At Carpe Diem, Pilates training emphasizes both the mental and physical aspects of the time-tested methods of Joseph Pilates. Our equipment-based programs increase strength, spinal mobility, range of motion and overall flexibility.

Allegro Classes

Our Allegro reformer class structure, exclusive to Carpe Diem and developed by Hayley Healey, include no more than 10 students. The first three levels, a 15-week program, progresses students systematically and gradually, while building core strength and flexibility.  The Carpe Diem Allegro Program progresses into the Carpe Diem Advanced Allegro program.

8-Week Transformation Program

For more personal attention, our 8-Week Transformation Program begins with an assessment of your body’s strengths, weaknesses, instabilities and dysfunctions. Based on the results, we’ll design your program to improve your body efficiency and create results you can see.

Individual Pilates

Instructors also offer private sessions to provide one-one-one attention to enhance fitness or aid rehabilitation. You will learn more about your body and its capabilities and see the benefits of Pilates in your day-to-day activities.
