The Faded Zap Power - Y Story

As a fitness professional and enthusiast, my gear needs to work just as hard as I do, while looking just as good as it works. I can’t say this comes easy. I’m probably the hardest critic of fitness gear, and have a lot of stories to tell about wardrobe malfunctions, or “good” gear gone bad. That was before I was introduced to Lululemon Athletica apparel. I wasn’t, however, expecting my favorite Lulu top to be put to test by my favorite pup.

The top in question was my PowerY top in my favorite color, Faded Zap. When my puppy met this top face to face and unsupervised there was serious disaster potential. Amongst the various clothes my pup had tried out that day there were some seriously unrecognizable pieces; between the mud stains and spots of blood (she was teething) PowerY was almost one of them. I had to admire her thoroughness, stained outside and in, I could barely make out the Faded Zap. There wasn’t a racer back strap untouched, even the mesh bra and removable cups were stained. Her and I had a mantra, an understanding or so I thought, “If it’s Luon, don’t chew on” (obviously it didn’t stick).

Imagine my amazement when after some careful laundering everything came out, not a single stain! The most impressive part was that there wasn’t a single stitch out of place, not one and I do believe she tried, judging by the other clothes that didn’t make it out so well. I love the feel and look of Lululemon Athletica, I believe in the quality of this line, and must say it has withstood the ultimate test.
