Pilates Instructor, CoreAlign Instructor

My childhood was spent atop a horse competing in international equestrian events.  At the age of twelve I became a professional.  This transition provided me the opportunity to work with fitness professionals to improve my riding performance.  The strength, agility and flexibility I acquired through my fitness routines, gave me the edge I needed to achieve success with my horse.  I spent the next fifteen years in the show circuit riding and coaching at top levels across the globe.  As I matured, my passion for competition shifted to a desire to be of service to others on a deeper level.  My experiences in body awareness, teaching, health and fitness led me to personal training and pilates as a career path.  I find tremendous joy and satisfaction through educating and encouraging clients to achieve high levels of balance within their bodies.

Philosophy

The greatest gift we can give ourselves is health and well being.  It is our individual responsibility to sustain and value the body and mind.  I believe the practice of fitness and nutrition creates a profound  capacity for happiness and productivity in everyone.   When muscles and bones are aligned and properly developed, efficiency of organs and internal systems are maximized, providing longevity for the body and peace for the mind.
